Prayer and morning
At Dror High School, Tefillah services are held each morning in the Beit Midrash. Morning tefillah is a traditional Orthodox service, with a mehitzah. We daven (pray) in an integrated liturgy that combines Ashkenazi and Edot HaMizrach practice. In parallel, students can choose one of the additional morning gatherings based on belief in the importance of starting the day with gratitude and prayer in a variety of ways including: study of prayers, yoga, art of the heart, philosophy, current events, prayer melodies, weekly Torah portion, prayer practice and more.
